Who we are

We started in 2017. We started it as a passion project with group of our friends banding together with our experience with working with Anime Conventions. We originally started our name under NorCal Cosplay Ball and ran 3 events. In 2018, we changed our name to California Cosplay Gala. Today, we are involved with events such as Anime Los Angeles and working to do more collaboration with other events.

We all wanted to dress up and dance like the characters that we watch on TV and in Movies. That’s why we cosplay, the closest feeling of dressing as the characters. Combine it with partner dancing, and that’s where it will truly shine! We want to bring the joy of dancing into Cosplay, regardless of how new we are. We are all here for the vibe and enjoy our time together.
