California Cosplay Gala

General Rules:

1. This is an "Semi Formal / "Formal" event. Please read and abide by the dress code posted on the event page. California Cosplay Gala Staff reserve the right to deny entry for not meeting the attire requirement.
    

2. We ask all attendees to perform safe, dancing movements and maneuvers. Please do not perform any movement that can cause injury or unsafe concerns.
    

3. California Cosplay Gala and venue staff are not responsible NOR liable for any injuries that occur inside the event.
    

4. Our event is PG-13. No alcohol or illicit drugs. Smoking & Vaping are permitted 40 feet away from the building.
    

5. We will be serving water and snacks. Please consume any food & drink away from the dance floors.
    

6. We also ask attendee to assist the team with keeping venue clean. Please do not litter or cause damage to any furniture, mirrors, or walls.
    

7. Song request forms will be posted on our social media prior to our events. We do not take requests on the day of.
    

8. We have a zero tolerance policy on all forms of harassment. We hold the right to remove attendees that violate this.
    

9. Please respect an attendee's decision if they like to dance with you or not. Attendees can be honest with others if they are waiting for a particular song or set, or have a partner already.
    

10. Do let the staff know if anyone is bothering you.
     

11. No refunds are allowed for ticket purchases. If you would like to transfer your tickets to go toward a future event or to another person, please contact us.
     

12. California Cosplay Gala and Dance Vita management reserve the right to add or modify rules at any time and/or in the interest of safety.
